Kentucky law includes public-record definitions in KRS 61.870 and a booking-photo commercial-use rule in KRS 61.8746, but official access decisions belong to the record custodian. To confirm custody or obtain a record, contact the Clark County Detention Center, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, the Kentucky Department of Corrections, the court clerk, or the issuing office that controls the record.
